We&#039;re growing up under Gen. Petraeus, David Kilcullen, we&#039;ve read Gallula, and we understand that thinking troops, working bottom-up, is essential to success. 

There will always be a few of the guys who don&#039;t get it and can only think kinetic ops, but they&#039;re no longer the majority power in the Marine Corps, nor Army.</description>
